To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please review the following booking guidelines

Deposit Requirement

A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable. 

 Booking the Right Style

Please make sure to book the correct style and pricing. You can add-on any additional services during booking. If you’re unsure how to add a service (like a wash), feel free to message us in advance.

  Late Policy

There is a $15 late fee if you arrive more than 15 minutes past your appointment time. After 20 minutes, your deposit will be forfeited and the appointment may be canceled.

 Contact Information

Please include a reliable contact number when booking.  At the time of booking you should receive an email or text confirmation depending on contact method you’ve chosen.  If you haven’t received this, please reach out so that we can confirm your contact information was stored properly.
